Reporter Sean Mattingly captured these photos Friday, as preparations were underway for the closing ceremonies for the annual Flags of Honor event in Muncie.
The event included a keynote speech by Muncie Mayor Dan Ridenour, as well as Congresswoman Victoria Spartz and other dignitaries as well as members of the community. The Exchange Club of Muncie sponsors the event, held at Minnetrista each year, from Sept. 4 – 11.
