A Muncie man accused of drug dealing associations faces more legal trouble. The Star Press says 22-year-old Matthew Jay Buchanan is accused of fleeing officers after his pickup truck was stopped on U.S. 35 in southeastern Delaware County. The truck is believed to have traveled between Muncie and Trotwood, Ohio, where many local drug users purchase narcotics.
INDOT will make modifications to four intersections on State Road 32 and State Road 9 beginning Tuesday (April 21). Drivers are reminded to slow down, avoid distractions and use extra caution while traveling in and around work zones.
