A Muncie man has received a 115-year prison sentence stemming from a 2020 murder and attempted murder at an apartment on West Howard Street. 48-year-old Tavis S. Corbin was charged with killing 29-year-old Troy Allan Sandifar and shooting a 19-year-old woman who survived.
