A bond hearing has been scheduled for Winchester 34-year-old Maci M. Atkinson, accused of murder in the death of Lynn Town Marshal Brad Fisher in July. The Star Press says Atkinson has pleaded not guilty. The bond hearing is set for September 28, with the trail set for January 25.
