Muncie police and firefighters will take part in a “bicycle rodeo” today (Tuesday) at the Delaware County Health Department (location change) from 5 to 7 p.m. The event aims to teach children about bicycle and helmet safety, and free helmets will be distributed while supplies last. The event also includes games, giveaways and an obstacle course.
