MUNCIE, IN – As confirmed by the Mid-American Conference and ESPN, the Ball State Cardinals will kick off against Sacramento State on Oct. 24 at 3:30 p.m., when the University celebrates 100 years of homecoming on the Ball State campus.
This weekend, the Cardinals open the 2026 campaign at Ohio State, Sept. 5 in Columbus, Ohio, at 12:30 p.m. The season-opening game can be viewed live on Big Ten Network, and heard on WLBC Radio (104.1 HD1).
One week later, Ball State hosts its home-opening game against Stony Brook, at 2:00 p.m., on Sept. 12. The home opener highlights Family Weekend on campus.
