A 27-year-old Muncie man has been convicted of property fraud. Phoenix Mathias Hile was arrested in July 2025 after police say he entered the Delaware County Recorder’s office and attempted to have the deed for a property on West Eaton Wheeling Pike fraudulently transferred into his name.
